About the Role:

As a Franchisee Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Healthify's franchise network. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and onboarding qualified franchise partners to establish and operate offline Healthify health centers across India.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy: This includes identifying target markets, sourcing leads, and utilizing various marketing channels to attract potential franchisees.

- Qualify and screen potential franchise partners: Conduct thorough assessments, including financial analysis and business acumen evaluation, to ensure alignment with Healthify's values and vision.

- Educate and present the Healthify franchise opportunity: Deliver compelling presentations to potential franchisees, highlighting the benefits, business model, and support provided.

- Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements: Ensure mutually beneficial agreements are established, adhering to legal and compliance frameworks.

- Provide ongoing support to new franchisees: Assist with site selection, onboarding, and initial training to ensure successful launch and operation of their health centers.

- Contribute to achieving sales targets and growth objectives: Develop and manage your own sales pipeline, exceeding assigned targets and contributing to the overall expansion of the franchise network.

- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders: Build strong relationships with internal teams, existing franchisees, and potential partners to foster collaboration and successful franchise development.
