We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Workday Integration Specialist who is passionate about managing the Workday HR integration landscape at Iron Mountain. This role is pivotal in overseeing existing Workday integrations and developing new integrations to meet evolving business needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing existing integrations, recommending efficiency improvements, and ensuring seamless operation of all Workday integrations

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and manage new integrations in accordance with business requirements.

  • Monitor existing integrations and provide recommendations for efficiency enhancements.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with existing integrations in a timely manner.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to understand integration needs and expectations.

  • Adhere to SLAs set by the Integration team to ensure timely delivery and support.

  • Apply best practices in building and managing Workday integrations to ensure scalability and reliability.

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and business functions to articulate integration requirements and expectations

Skills and Experience

  • 7-10 years of overall IT experience, with 4-5 years specifically in Workday integrations

  • Strong working knowledge of Workday Integration Methodologies, including Connectors, EIB, RaaS, Web services, XSLT, ETV, and XTT.

  • Hands-on experience and understanding of Workday Studio development methodologies is preferred.

  • Ability to adhere to SLAs and deliver high-quality integrations within defined timelines.

  • Understanding of best practices in building and managing Workday integrations.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, with at least 7-10 years of applicable professional experience, or a Master's degree

  • 5-6 years of experience specifically in Workday integrations.

  • Hands-on experience with Workday Integration Methodologies, including Connectors, EIB, RaaS, Web services, XSLT, ETV, and XTT.

  • Strong understanding of one or more Workday functionalities, such as Security, HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Time, and Absence.

  • Good understanding of Agile Methodology, Software Development Lifecycle, SOX Compliance, and experience with tools like Gitlab & Service Now
