Our client is one of the world's well-known IT companies, with a portfolio of tools used widely in the IT industry. It is a multinational company with development offices across the world.

Our customer is a technically mature company with huge expertise and an innovative approach, widely using new technologies existing on the market (Big Data, Analytics, etc.).

We are looking for an experienced Senior Workday Integration Developer for the People Technology team. Working with teams across Australia, the US, the Philippines, and India, you will integrate internal and external systems largely around our HR system, Workday.

IF YOU ARE

  • A skilled Workday Integration Engineer with more than 4 years of experience

  • Experienced in developing and supporting Workday Integrations (RaaS, EIB, WECI, Cloud Connects, Document Transformation, Studio)

  • Knowledgeable in the following Workday modules: HCM, Compensation, Absence, and Payroll

  • Skilled in creating detailed documentation and system diagrams

  • Possessing experience in the automation of API-based platforms and tools, such as Postman, AWS, or Workato

  • Familiar with Confluence and Jira Service Desk

  • Possessing strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills

  • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English

AND YOU WANT TO

  • Work with teams to unlock new system features via integrations and integration enhancements

  • Identify efficient integration solutions to support new and existing programs and initiatives

  • Design, code, test, and debug technical solutions except for complex components and in compliance with the defined engineering standards

  • Maintain and document programs following defined software engineering standards

  • Participate in the development of technical specifications and technological approaches
