We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workday Integration Consultant to join our team. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing seamless integrations between Workday and various external systems.

You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Workday functionalities, integration technologies, and best practices to ensure efficient data flow and streamline our business processes.


Responsibilities :

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Workday integrations.
  • Design and develop robust integrations between Workday and external systems utilizing Workday Studio, APIs, and web services.
  • Configure and manage Workday integrations to ensure accurate and reliable data exchange.
  • Implement data mapping, transformation, and validation logic to ensure data integrity during integrations. Troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to maintain system stability.
  • Test and document integration configurations for ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (business analysts, developers, IT operations) to ensure successful integration implementation.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest advancements in Workday integration technologies and best practices.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to endusers on integrated functionalities within Workday.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree
  • 58 years of experience as a Workday Integration Consultant or a similar role.
  • Indepth knowledge of Workday architecture, data model, and configuration options.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing integrations using Workday Studio, APIs, and web services.
  • Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
  • Strong understanding of security considerations in Workday integrations.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
Preferred

Qualifications :

  • Experience with cloudbased integration platforms (e. g. , MuleSoft, Boomi).
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g. , JavaScript, XSLT).
  • Certified Workday Integration Consultant.
