Role: Workday Technical Consultant

Job Description:


  • Must have hands-on experience in Advanced Compensation and Talent Management modules.
  • Assist with maintenance and configuration of existing Workday Core HCM application.
  • Assist with updating system configuration (to include business processes updates, eligibility rules, validation rules, BP security, notifications)
  • Work on application requirements, gathering and design including process and gap analysis .
  • Test and deploy business process solutions.
  • Provide best practice and solutions for Core HCM functional Area and other technical requirements.
  • Create Workday reports (create dashboards) including Advanced reports.
  • Must have good experience working on various integration tools & methodologies– EIBs, CCW, Studio, PICOF and PECI.
  • Must have Workday Release management experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and working with business.
  • Active in Workday Community (connected and up to ate on Workday Core HCM technology) Perform POCs and offer recommendations to improve our Workday Solutions and our implementation methodology.
  • BIRT Report knowledge will be an added advantage
