Role Overview:

As the Technology Lead, you will be responsible for managing both backend and frontend development teams, driving the technical strategy, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your expertise in PHP, particularly core PHP and frameworks like Laravel, as well as WordPress and MySQL, will be crucial in developing and maintaining robust web applications. You will also oversee the deployment process and manage version control using GitHub. Your leadership will be vital in handling enterprise-level clients and supporting the pitching of our technology processes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage both backend and frontend development teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Technical Strategy: Develop and implement technical strategies to deliver high-quality web applications and solutions.
  • Project Management: Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Backend Development: Utilize core PHP and frameworks like Laravel to build scalable and secure backend solutions.
  • Frontend Development: Ensure seamless integration between backend and frontend technologies, and manage the frontend development team.
  • WordPress Management: Develop and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance and security.
  • Database Management: Design, optimize, and maintain MySQL databases, and work with other related technologies.
  • Deployment & Version Control: Manage deployment processes and version control using GitHub, ensuring smooth and error-free releases.
  • Client Management: Handle enterprise-level clients, ensuring their technical needs are met with tailored solutions and regular performance reports.
  • Pitching & Proposals: Support the business development team in pitching technical services to potential clients, showcasing our capabilities and value propositions.
  • Trends & Updates: Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in web development and performance marketing.


Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in web development, with a proven track record of managing both backend and frontend teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in core PHP, Laravel, WordPress, MySQL, and related technologies.
  • Frontend Knowledge: Good understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
  • Deployment Skills: Experience with deployment processes and version control using GitHub.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to clients and team members.
  • Client Handling: Experience in managing enterprise-level clients and delivering tailored technical solutions.
