**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

Identify and target potential customers through market research, lead generation, and networking activities.

Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to promote our software solutions.

Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospects, highlighting the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of our software products.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing campaigns, content, and collateral to support sales efforts.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancements and market positioning.

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management, providing insights on sales performance, market trends, and potential areas for growth.

Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build brand awareness.

Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both the company and customers.

Provide post-sales support and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the software industry.

Strong knowledge of software products and understanding of industry trends.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively within a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and marketing tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Flexibility to travel for client meetings, industry events, and conferences as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,086.00 - ₹30,172.50 per month
