We seek a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team with 4-5 years of experience in sales in a B2B SaaS-based company.


This role is critical in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft software products, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Identify, contact, and qualify prospects through various channels, including email, phone, social media, and other digital marketing initiatives
  • Manage the sales process from Prospect generation to Lead, including follow-up calls and email
  • Schedule Discovery/ Demo calls
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's CRM system to track sales progress and ensure data integrity.
  • Analyse & create effective prospect responses along with Business Development Managers

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new developments in the SaaS market to identify new prospects and qualified Leads.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in sales in a B2B SaaS-based company is Mandatory.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects and clients.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
