Role-Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented B2C Sales Specialist to provide an exceptional sales experience for our customers. This role involves educating customers about the features and benefits of SkillUp Online's course offerings, managing priorities effectively, and engaging customers with professionalism and expertise.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the manager or assigned staff member to complete all allocated sales tasks.
- Observe and execute effective sales processes.
- Identify potential areas for improvement and suggest actionable solutions.
- Call and generate leads to attract potential customers.
- Foster and maintain client relationships to ensure retention of existing accounts.
- Learn and apply innovative sales techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records.
Requirements
Experience:
- 3–7 years of experience in B2C Sales.
- 0–3 years of experience in the EdTech or e-learning industry.
- Proven expertise in selling technical courses is a must.
Skills:
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- Ability to remain composed and professional in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel (preferred).
