Job Description: Solution Architect-Red Hat Containers

Location: Pune, Maharashtra.

Relevant Experience: 15+ years


Responsibilities

Architectural Design: Develop and design comprehensive containerized solutions using Red Hat OpenShift, ensuring alignment with clients' business goals and technical requirements.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices and standards in containerization and microservices architectures are followed.

Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and propose suitable container solutions.

Solution Implementation: Oversee the deployment and integration of containerized applications, ensuring seamless operation within clients' existing IT environments.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of container solutions.

Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Documentation: Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including system diagrams, technical specifications, and operational guides.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.

Technology Advocacy: Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in container technologies and promote the adoption of best practices within the organization.

Microservices Architecture: Designing and implementing microservices-based architectures

Cloud Platforms: Major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) using RedHat OpenShift

Scripting and Automation: Scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Groovy
