The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales and business development and be able to handle complex tasks. They should have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to effectively build relationships with customers.

Seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals for a full-time position of Client Coordinator Prior Customer Service Experience / Business development / BPO Experience is preferred. We offer a competitive salary + Incentives and a fast-paced working environment in this E-commerce industry.


Job Location: Bangalore , Bomanahalli.


Qualifications:

Must be good in ENGLISH and HINDI.

  • Generating leads and managing walk-in clients.
  • Responsible for client follow-ups and Internal team coordination.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
  • Manage outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, and escalate to the technical team to provide solutions.
