L'amour Voyages is a leading Destination Management Company specializing in Europe & USA. We provide B2B services to travel agents based on the requirements of their corporate clients. With a strong focus on MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions).


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai for a Manager - MICE Sales. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions (MICE). Day-to-day tasks include managing sales, developing business plans, and managing sales for Mumbai and nearby areas. Additionally, the Manager will analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and handle client communications.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales for L’amour Voyages.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new travel agents.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution and closure of deals.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights with management.
  • Train and mentor junior team members to enhance overall sales efficiency.

  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
