Role:

The candidate will be responsible for the growth of ASMPT SMT business in the South Asia countries (South India and Sri Lanka).


Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategic sales plan to expand company's customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Develop new accounts and manage channel partners independently to increase customer base and revenue
  • Engage customers proactively and build a long-term customer relationship
  • Promote ASMPT SMT brand awareness with significant impact on customer experience
  • Consistently meet revenue goals in accordance with individual/team/organizational goals
  • Responsible for equipment configuration and proposals preparation


Requirements:

  • MBA/Degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years‘ of experience, preferably in the Capital Equipment Sales and Marketing
  • Knowledge in SMT and/or Factory software solutions and/or Semicon (Advanced Packaging) industry
  • Minimum of 10 years‘ of SMT machines and technological knowledge of Printing and Placement Product Portfolio /Processes
  • Have a well-established network with the SMT industry in South Asia countries
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Results & quality oriented
  • Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment
  • Able and willing to travel extensively locally and internationally
