We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HubSpot Senior Website Developer to join our dynamic team at NEXA. As a HubSpot Senior Website Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating and optimizing websites for our clients using the HubSpot CMS platform. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise in web development while working with a diverse range of clients and projects.


Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with our clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

2. Develop custom websites using the HubSpot CMS platform, ensuring high-quality, responsive, and user-friendly designs.

3. Customize HubSpot themes and templates to meet the specific needs and branding guidelines of each client.

4. Implement SEO best practices to optimize website performance and visibility on search engines.

5. Integrate third-party tools and and API’s as needed to enhance website functionality and user experience.

6. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to website development and performance.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in web development and HubSpot platform updates.

8. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the team.

9. Communicate project status, challenges, and recommendations effectively to project managers and stakeholders.


Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.

2. Proven experience (3 years) working as a web developer, with a focus on HubSpot CMS development.

3. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web development technologies.

4. Extensive experience with the HubSpot CMS platform, including creating custom templates and modules.

5. Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including schema markup, meta tags optimization, and site speed optimization.

6. Experience with responsive design techniques and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap), ensuring seamless user experience across devices.

7. Proficiency in utilizing version control systems such as Git for collaborative development workflows.

8. Familiarity with HubL, the templating language used in HubSpot, for dynamic content rendering and customization.

9. Ability to optimize website performance through minification, lazy loading, and caching strategies.

10. Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and implementing accessible design practices.

11. Experience with HubSpot API integrations for extending platform functionality and data synchronization.

12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

13. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within project timelines.

14. HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot CMS Developer) are a plus.
