Key Responsibilities:

HubSpot Administrator

1.     Leverage HubSpot's full capabilities, including CMS and website building, through feature enhancements.

2.     Create advanced reports and dashboards that reflect data from both HubSpot.

3.     Train others on the HubSpot platform, including website development features.

4.     Customize HubSpot features, including views, properties, workflows, and data structures.

5.     Conduct CRM database maintenance with an emphasis on data synchronization between HubSpot.

6.     Stay updated with HubSpot's new features and third-party APIs.


Marketing Specialist

1.     Design and execute email and other digital marketing campaigns.

2.     Grow new leads through Call to Action (CTA), landing pages, and content offers.

3.     Enhance our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes across different channels.

4.     Collaborate with the Marketing Director, Inside Sales, and Field Teams to generate leads.

5.     Support marketing events and manage logistical aspects, along with other operational duties.

6.     Analyze marketing performance and refine processes.

7.     Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness.

8.     Collaborate with the Director of Marketing, Inside Sales, and Field Teams.


Web Developer

1.     Build and maintain website pages within HubSpot's CMS, ensuring a high standard of web design and user experience.

2.     Fully code CMS, understanding and utilizing HubSpot's website building capabilities.

3.     Ensure that the website's integration with HubSpot and 3rd party APIs is seamless and data-driven.


Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven HubSpot proficiency.
  • HubSpot CRM, Sales, and Marketing Certifications (Highly preferred).
  • Experience in digital marketing and web development.
  • Proficient in HTML/CSS and web design.
  • Excellent communication and a creative mindset.
  • Team player with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
