Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development – Sourcing Specialist with experience in North American clients to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and managing bids to drive the company's growth. Prior experience with bid processes in the USA market is highly desirable. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies and identify business opportunities that align with our goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Bid Sourcing: Research, identify, and source new bidding opportunities in the USA across various sectors, including government, private, and public industries.
  • Relationship Management and Business Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance the company’s chances of winning bids.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competition, and business potential in the USA and other regions to support decision-making in bid targeting.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized pipeline of bid opportunities and monitor the progress of each bid submission to ensure on-time and compliant delivery.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term business strategies and goals, with a specific focus on growth in the USA market.



Key Qualifications:

  • Experience: Experience in bid sourcing and business development (in the USA market).
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of bid processes and RFP/RFQ management.
  • Excellent research skills and ability to identify potential bid opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical mindset and detail-oriented.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with bid management tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in working with government contracts, particularly in the USA.
  • Strong understanding of legal and compliance aspects of bidding processes in the USA.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and business development targets.
