Key Responsibilities
- CRM Management: Oversee the administration and management of HubSpot CRM to ensure optimal operation across all departments (Sales, Marketing, and Service). Ensure system configurations, user roles, and permissions are well-maintained.
- Integration Management: Integrate HubSpot with various tools and platforms (e.g., project management software (Asana), email marketing solutions, engagement/call tools and customer support tools) to streamline workflows and enhance data sharing across departments.
- Data Hygiene: Ensure data accuracy, quality, and completeness in the CRM. Implement regular audits and data cleansing practices to maintain high standards of data hygiene.
- User Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to team members on CRM best practices, features, and functionalities. Foster a culture of effective CRM usage within the organization.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automate repetitive tasks using HubSpot’s features and capabilities.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Service teams to understand their needs and ensure the CRM aligns with their processes. Engage in regular meetings to gather feedback and offer solutions.
- System Updates & Maintenance: Stay updated on new features and updates from HubSpot, ensuring that systems are optimized and fully leveraged. Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure that CRM practices comply with data protection and privacy regulations. Implement appropriate security measures to safeguard sensitive information.
- Project Management: Contribute to or lead CRM-related projects, working effectively across teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
Requirements
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- 5+ years of experience in a CRM management role, particularly with HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Strong technical knowledge of CRM systems, Zapier-like tools, APIs, Workflows and integration processes.
- Proficient in data management and data structure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive approach to identifying problems and implementing solutions, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and foster a team-oriented culture.
- Self-Motivated: A self-starter who takes initiative and has a strong desire to contribute to the organization's success.
