We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. As an BDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into satisfied customers. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, initiating contact with potential clients, and building strong relationships to drive sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
· Proactively prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including outbound calls, emails, social media, and networking events.
· Qualify and prioritise leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring alignment with our target customer profile.
· Conduct thorough research to understand prospects' business needs, pain points, and challenges, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our CRM software solutions.
· Engage with leads through personalised outreach efforts, follow-up communications, and tailored presentations or demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products and services.
· Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate lead handoff and ensure smooth transition of qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
· Track and manage lead interactions, activities, and outcomes using CRM software, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales-related activities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, serving as a trusted advisor and providing ongoing support to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
· Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments to effectively position our solutions and differentiate them from competitors.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles, preferably in the software or technology industry.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects and customers.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
· Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
