Regional Sales Head

- MBA with 12-15 years of experience in managing a B2B Sales business (300Cr + Monthly Revenue/GMV) or High ticket size B2C Sales Business for a Geographical Cluster/Region.
- Must have built and led a large team (40-100) of B2B Sales/Account Management.
- Experienced with Distribution Models involving the entire Customer Lifecycle: Lead Gen, Prospecting/Nurturing, Conversion, Upselling, Revenue Retention.
- The Candidate must also have relevant experience with Financial planning and P&L driven planning. Must have optimized Sales plan around CAC and Sales Productivity.
- Must have worked and Managed team through efficient CRM tools and should have leveraged the data to make Sales Decisions
- Financial Planning and P&L Focussed Mindset - Managing & Optimizing Sales Budget and make decisions to chase team P&L.
- Individual Sales Acumen - Should have done Individual Sales at some point of time in his career to have empathy towards Sales team and think about processes & targets from their point of view
