Position Overview:

He/She will be a key member of our Operations team. In this role, you would be responsible for all aspects of Quality Assurance at C Electric Automotive Drives from setting up test strategies and processes to managing Quality standards. Excellent knowledge of automotive components manufacturing is a must. This person must manage the quality process, quality assurance & execution. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team of 6-10 people.


Skills Required:

  • Planning, managing, and organizing skills to effectively run and monitor the quality assurance process.
  • The ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with your team, managers, and vendors.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance and QMS.
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines while working under pressure and multitasking.
  • A results-driven approach to work with the ability to work in a logical and systematic manner.
  • B.E. or Diploma equivalent qualification with a total of 7-10 years of experience in Tier-1 automotive component manufacturing (EMS experience is an added advantage).
  • Knowledge of electronics manufacturing and testing (experience in the EV sector is a plus).


Education qualification:

Diploma / BTech in Electrical & Electronics/Electronics & Communications/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering.
