Job Title: CLC Practice – Presales Specialist in Financial Crime Compliance (SPM)

Location: Mumbai, Pune


Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Presales Specialist with over 10 years of expertise in Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), including KYC, AML, Anti-Fraud, and other regulatory support solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our sales team to build and maintain strong relationships with customers in the AML, KYC, and Anti-Fraud sectors.


Responsibilities:


Customer Relationship Management: Partner with the sales team to establish and nurture relationships with clients in the AML, KYC, and Anti-Fraud space.


Collaboration: Work alongside sales, operations, and practice teams to develop compelling value propositions for clients in the Financial Services industry.


Product and Market Knowledge: Utilize in-depth knowledge of FCC products and services offered by eClerx, and stay informed about the broader competitive landscape.Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of RFPs and RFIs, and support the sales team in closing time-sensitive business deals in the FCC domain.


Communication: Demonstrate excellent written and spoken communication skills to effectively convey value propositions and product information to clients.

Banking Product Understanding: Maintain a good understanding of broader banking products to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.Domain Expertise: Leverage prior presales experience and domain knowledge in KYC, AML, or Anti-Fraud to drive successful sales outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Presales for Financial Crime Compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of FCC products and services, particularly those offered by eClerx.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with sales, operations, and practice teams.
  • Experience in creating RFPs and RFIs and closing time-sensitive deals.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good understanding of broader banking products.
  • Prior presales experience and domain knowledge in KYC, AML, or Anti-Fraud are essential.
