We are searching for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to join our growing manufacturing team. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that support our business goals. As a trusted advisor to management, you will ensure we maintain a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and programs aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, training & development, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct investigations and maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices.
  • Partner with other departments to address employee-related issues and concerns.
  • Manage HR staff and ensure they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment as an HR professional.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR programs and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) a plus.
