Who are we?
Kindly (YC W22) is a holistic, digital healthcare platform that effectively combines technology with medical expertise to provide affordable, convenient, and end-to-end solutions for sexual wellness. We believe in high ethical standards and leverage medical experience with personalized human care, blended with the latest technology to maximize the rate of success. In simpler words, we aim to build a community that makes all other hormonal health and sexual wellness services obsolete.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Oversee and direct payroll procedures
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
Who should apply?
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive
- People-oriented and results-driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- In-depth knowledge of labor law
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
