Role Overview:

We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance function. The ideal candidate will have strong technical financial skills, proven leadership ability, and hands‑on experience with financial planning & analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and compliance. The Finance Manager will act as a key partner to senior management, helping to drive financial performance, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize working capital and support long‑term financial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage annual budgets and financial forecasts

• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, & annual financial statements & management reports.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies

• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits

• Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity

• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions

• Oversee treasury operations, including fund management and investment strategies

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficiency improvements

• Assess financial risks and implement appropriate risk mitigation strategies

• Ensure accurate and timely tax filings and statutory compliance

• Liaise with tax advisors, auditors, and regulatory bodies

• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making

• Evaluate business cases, investment opportunities, and project feasibility


Candidate Requirements

● Immediate joiner preferred.

● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce in a recognised institution; MBA preferred but not mandatory. (CFA / CFA aspirant preferred)

● 2 years of post-qualification experience in finance or accounting functions.

● Strong grasp of accounting standards (local GAAP / IFRS) and regulatory frameworks

● Deep experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis

● Excellent leadership, people management, and mentoring skills

● Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial software / ERP / BI tools

● Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work at both strategic and operational levels.

● Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with senior management, auditors, and other stakeholders

● High integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage confidential financial information
