Job Roles & Responsibiltites


Industry-Specific Lead Generation:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the HVAC, UPS, and Data Center industries.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to generate leads through networking, industry events, online platforms, and referrals.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in organizations that require HVAC, UPS, and data center solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and meetings with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges.

Technical Sales Expertise:

  • Provide clients with in-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems, UPS solutions, and data center infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to offer customized solutions that meet client specifications.

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Create and implement strategic sales plans to target the HVAC, UPS, and data center markets.
  • Analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitive offerings to refine sales strategies.

Product and Solution Presentations:

  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the technical requirements of clients in the HVAC, UPS, and data center industries.
  • Highlight the benefits of the company’s products in terms of efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Negotiation & Closing:

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring that both the client's needs and company’s profitability are balanced.
  • Close deals efficiently while ensuring that all client requirements are met.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends in the HVAC, UPS, and data center sectors.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams.

Sales Quota Achievement:

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets specific to the HVAC, UPS, and data center industries.
  • Track sales performance and report regularly to senior management.

Collaboration with Technical Teams:

  • Work closely with engineering, project management, and customer support teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of solutions.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise during the sales process.

Customer Support & After-Sales Service:

  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues related to HVAC systems, UPS units, or data center equipment.
  • Coordinate with service teams to offer maintenance and after-sales services.

Contract Management:

  • Manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Renew and negotiate contracts as necessary to maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Training & Development:

  • Continuously update personal knowledge of HVAC, UPS, and data center technologies.
  • Attend industry seminars, workshops, and training sessions to stay ahead in the market.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies, particularly when dealing with highly regulated environments like data centers.

Strategic Networking:

  • Build and maintain a network of industry contacts, including suppliers, partners, and influencers in the HVAC, UPS, and data center industries.
  • Attend industry conferences and trade shows to represent the company and explore new business opportunities.


Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in sales or similar roles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
