About Individual

Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller responsible for general accounting and financial management activities. The analyses provided by the Accounting Manager/Assistant Controller has direct decision-making implications and influence our operational activities. We are looking for talented individuals who want to be an important part of our dynamic team.


What you will do

● Lead all accounting functions including Cash, AP, AR, payroll, GL, BS, cash management and forecasting, monthly and yearly close, fixed asset management, and financial reporting (internal and external).

● A particular focus on AR including follow ups with clients on outstanding invoices, and reconciling errors.

● Provide monthly reporting packages, including the preparation of balance sheet, and income and cash flow statements.

● Create financial management reports, which include budget analyses and cash forecasts.

● Coordinate the annual audit, including preparation of the financial statements and support schedules.

● Act as the catalyst for process improvements in the Finance and Accounting processes of the organization.

● Function as the primary liaison with our US based CFO and team, and be available for evening conference calls.

● Implement and monitor the month, quarter and year-end closeout accounting schedules


What we are looking for

· Bachelor's degree in accounting

· 2-5 years of experience in public accounting or related field, with prior experience in a multinational corporation preferred.

· Knowledge of US GAAP and Indian accounting standards is mandatory.

· Strong analytical abilities and good communication skills.

· Keen attention to detail.

· High proficiency in Excel and Word.

· Ability to work independently

· Previous experience working with multiple clients in the US and India is preferred.

· CPA or CA preferred, but not mandatory
