Job Qualification

Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities


  • Develops strategies and identifies, build and convert new areas of opportunities in Healthcare and Communications Sector.
  • Develop and lead large deals (> 25+ Crs)
  • Maintains high-level of customer loyalty and builds trust and integrity, as indicated in company conducted surveys and reports.
  • Actively engages the senior company executives to build strategic relationships with the customer which ensure long-term business opportunities for the company.
  • Presents to large sized groups of key decision makers at the executive level; develops and communicates vision and purpose.
  • Acts as an advisor to the customer on Tata Elxsi, industry trends, best practices, and cross-industry applicability (Business).
  • Develops proposal strategies and win themes.
  • Manages client expectations and balances the needs of the company and the client to ensure satisfaction for both.
  • Influences decisions and engage at the executive level (Relationship Management).
  • Applying your business acumen to an organization’s problems/challenges and developing solutions that reflect solid judgment. Including crafting executive level messages/narratives that paints a compelling story, which depict the business case, risk and trade-offs.
  • Responsible for Quarterly & Yearly Revenue for the Territory and Product/ Solutions Portfolio.
  • Develop and implement strategic annual plans to drive sell-through and sell-out for the account assigned.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts and acting as the primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing to ensure alignment on objectives and strategies.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and develop actionable insights.
  • Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to key accounts, highlighting performance metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance our approach to key account management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings
