Are you a go-getter who thrives on uncovering opportunities even when they're shrouded in challenges? We're looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the linchpin between our clients and our agency, overseeing all their advertising and marketing needs. Your scope of responsibilities encompasses strategy, reporting, conflict resolution, and routine communication.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Point of Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, catering to their advertising and marketing requirements. This includes developing strategies, providing regular reports, addressing concerns, and maintaining routine communication.
  • Client Meetings: Schedule and participate in regular meetings with clients to provide reporting and gather feedback. Document meeting minutes and facilitate a stronger alignment between our team and client objectives.
  • Task Management: Initiate tasks and ensure the timely and successful completion of these tasks by the team. Keep projects on track and within scope.
  • Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities and present upselling possibilities for the agency to boost client satisfaction and agency revenue.
  • Client Feedback: Collect, organize, and convey client feedback to the team at regular intervals, fostering continuous improvement and client satisfaction.


Skills/Experience Required:


  • Effective written and oral communication skills are a must.
  • Superb time management skills to juggle multiple client accounts effectively.
  • Ability to thrive while working collaboratively in a team-based environment.
  • Possess patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Preference:

  • Previous experience in a similar account management role is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to digital marketing in general is a plus.
  • Must know the know how of performance marketing
