To uphold our commitment to financial compliance and excellence, we are in search of a diligent Accounting Compliance Specialist.

This role extends beyond standard accounting responsibilities; it offers the opportunity to contribute to our legacy. As the Accounting Compliance Specialist, you will be tasked with ensuring adherence to financial regulations, implementing robust compliance frameworks, and safeguarding our financial reputation.


Key Responsibilities:


Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries.

Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies to ensure adherence to legal requirements.

Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing documentation and supporting schedules for internal and external audits, ensuring timely completion and compliance with audit requirements.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in accounting procedures, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

Reporting and Analysis: Generate financial reports and perform variance analysis to provide insights into financial performance and trends.

Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive monitoring and control measures.

Documentation and Documentation Management: Maintain organized and updated documentation related to accounting processes, policies, and procedures.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations teams, to ensure alignment on accounting and compliance matters.




Are you the perfect fit for this role?


·        Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

·        2-4 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.

·        At least 2 years of experience in the field of Accounting, Direct/Indirect Taxation and ROC compliances in a CA Firm

·        Should be proficient in MS Excel

·        Should be well versed in Drafting work in accordance with the Companies Act (Board Resolutions, Minutes, Agreements etc)

·        Should be able to prepare books of accounts in Tally

·        Should be able to make payroll entries

·        Should be able to communicate well and eager to learning new things
