Key Responsibilities:


·     Coordinate with Platform POCs: Act as the main point of contact for all e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. Build and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives to ensure smooth operations.

·     Delegate and Execute: Delegate tasks efficiently and ensure their timely execution. Take ownership of new initiatives and projects, overseeing their implementation from start to finish.

·     Daily Task Oversight: Supervise daily tasks to ensure they are completed accurately and on time. Monitor performance metrics and take corrective action as needed to meet deadlines.

·     Follow Management Directions: Execute directions provided by management in a timely manner. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment and understanding of goals.

·     Hygiene Checks and Listing Updates: Conduct regular hygiene checks to maintain product quality standards. Ensure accurate and up-to-date listings across all platforms, optimizing product visibility and discoverability.


Additional Responsibilities:


·     Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.

·     Performance Analysis: Analyse marketplace performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

·     Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive integrated strategies and initiatives.


Requirements:


·     Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.

·     Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

·     Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·     Strong organizational and time management abilities.

·     Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce platforms.

·     Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on results.
