Job Title: eBay Account Manager


Salary: 25-30k


Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven eBay Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our eBay seller account, ensuring compliance with eBay policies, enhancing sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the main point of contact for all eBay-related activities and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and ensure account health.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Health Management: Monitor account performance, resolve policy violations, and maintain high seller standards (e.g., shipping times, feedback scores, and dispute resolutions).
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve listing visibility, leveraging eBay tools and analytics.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Handle inquiries, returns, and feedback from eBay buyers, ensuring excellent customer service and high satisfaction rates.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that all listings, transactions, and business practices adhere to eBay’s policies and regulations to avoid any account suspensions or restrictions.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reports on sales performance, account health, and metrics. Use data to recommend actionable insights to improve overall store performance.
  • Optimization: Assist in product listing optimization, pricing strategies, and promotion planning to drive higher conversion rates and grow revenue.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing eBay seller accounts or similar online marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of eBay policies, tools, and marketplace dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and best practices.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
