You will be the main point of contact for all eBay-related activities and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth and ensure account health.


Key Responsibilities :

  • Account Health Management : Monitor account performance, resolve policy violations, and maintain high seller standards (e.g., shipping times, feedback scores, and dispute resolutions).
  • Sales Growth : Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve listing visibility, leveraging eBay tools and analytics.
  • Customer Relationship Management : Handle inquiries, returns, and feedback from eBay buyers, ensuring excellent customer service and high satisfaction rates.
