Programmatic Account Manager
- Deep understanding of programmatic advertising
- Understanding of the marketing funnel and the associated KPIs per funnel stage: Net reach, engagement, view-through-rate, CTRs, etc to provide insights into campaign performance and recommendations for future campaigns to the planner and/or customer.
- Good attention to detail and high own standards of work
- Good Excel working knowledge.
- Language skills: conversational and written knowledge is mandatory.
Focus DSP:
- Experience Set-up, Management, Optimization and Reporting for online video and display Campaigns in several DSP Platforms: Prio 1: DV360, Adform / Prio 2: The Trade Desk, Xander, Amazon
- Experience working with budgets, understanding of pacing and the ability to make necessary adjustments as required.
- Experience in setup of dco campaigns
Focus Ad Server
- 2-3 year experience and Knowledge of and experience working with tracking tools
- Knowledge of and experience working with ad servers (Prio 1= Adition, Prio 2 Google Campaign Manager / Flashtalking):
- Creative Upload, Floodlight Attribution Settings, Campaign Management
- Experience with data management / building and integration of audience lists and setup of dco campaigns
Focus: Brand Safety & Ad Verification
- Knowledge of and experience working with brand safety tools e.g. IAS or DoubleVerify as well as ad verification tools e.g. Nielsen
Qualifications
Requirements
• 4 years + experience in a campaign management role in the advertising and online media marketing. Video ad experience is an added advantage.
• Experience using ad serving systems such as DoubleClick Campaign Manager (Google Campaign Manager) and DoubleClick Bid Manager (Google Display & Video 360).
• Knowledge and experience working with 3rd party vendors such as Innovid, Pointroll, Sizmek, etc.
• Basic understanding of pixel and pixel management.
• Familiarity with ad servers, media agencies, web debugging tools (Charles Proxy, Firebug, Fiddler, etc.) a plus.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly, as well as good interpersonal skills are required
• Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
