Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – Study Abroad / EdTech📍 Location: Noida, Sector 125🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office🕒 Employment Type: Full-time⚡ Joining: Immediate joiners preferredRole Overview:We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring in the Study Abroad / EdTech domain. This role requires strong sourcing expertise, speed, and the ability to close positions within tight timelines.Key Responsibilities:1) Manage complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing & offer closure2) Drive bulk and volume hiring for sales, operations, and academic roles3) Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines via job portals, social media & referrals4) Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholders to ensure timely closures5) Track recruitment metrics, TAT, and maintain hiring dashboards6) Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring processRequirements:1) 3–5 years of recruitment experience (EdTech / Study Abroad mandatory)2) Strong experience in bulk & target-driven hiring3) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills4) Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment5) Immediate joiners preferredWhy Join Us?Fast-growing, dynamic work environmentHigh ownership with exposure to large-scale hiringOpportunity to work with a leading global EdTech brand
