We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment across multiple functions and help build high-performing teams. Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from sourcing to offer closure. This role requires strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver high-quality candidates in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities ● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles. ● Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking. ● Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, and shortlist suitable candidates. ● Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication. ● Track hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio). ● Drive candidate engagement to ensure smooth experience. ● Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives. What We’re Looking For ● Education: Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B. Com, MBA HR preferred). ● 1–2 years of recruitment/HR experience, preferably in startups/EdTech/consumer tech. ● Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills. ● Good knowledge of ATS tools and MS Excel/Google Sheets. ● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. ● Ability to work with speed and ownership in a high-growth environment.
