Key Responsibilities:
- This is a full-time, on-site role as an Assistant Manager at Alora Advisors LLP in Chennai
- Accounting and assurance assignments, managing, accounting standards in force.
- Review the financial statements and audit reports to ensure correctness and compliance with all statutes and regulations
- Oversee staff to ensure delivery of high-quality work products
- Ensure on-time completion of all assignments given
- Keep up to date with statutory and regulatory compliances
- Working together to meet the clients' requirements
- Identifying process improvement opportunities in the engagements.
- Keeping abreast of the ever-changing accounting and assurance standards
- Preparation of clear and concise report summarizing findings and recommendations that can be actionable.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and assurance services.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar platforms).
- Strong communication and client management abilities.
