Key Responsibilities:


  • This is a full-time, on-site role as an Assistant Manager at Alora Advisors LLP in Chennai
  • Accounting and assurance assignments, managing, accounting standards in force.
  • Review the financial statements and audit reports to ensure correctness and compliance with all statutes and regulations
  • Oversee staff to ensure delivery of high-quality work products
  • Ensure on-time completion of all assignments given
  • Keep up to date with statutory and regulatory compliances
  • Working together to meet the clients' requirements
  • Identifying process improvement opportunities in the engagements.
  • Keeping abreast of the ever-changing accounting and assurance standards
  • Preparation of clear and concise report summarizing findings and recommendations that can be actionable.


Qualifications:


  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and assurance services.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., Tally, SAP, or similar platforms).
  • Strong communication and client management abilities.
