Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced videographer & photographer to capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) videos, create engaging social media reels, and click stunning pictures for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional technical skills, and a passion for creating high-quality, captivating content that resonates with audiences across multiple platforms.


Responsibilities:

  1. Capture high-quality BTS footage of clients during various events, shoots, and other engagements.
  2. Create engaging social media reels to showcase client talent and promote their personal brand on various platforms.
  3. Take stunning photographs for clients' portfolios, promotional materials, and social media accounts.
  4. Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute content strategies that align with clients' goals and brand identity.
  5. Edit and retouch photos and videos using industry-standard software to ensure optimal quality and visual appeal.
  6. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in videography, photography, and social media content creation.
  7. Manage and maintain all cameras, lighting, and other equipment necessary for shoots.
  8. Coordinate with the talent management team to schedule and plan shoots based on clients' needs and availability.
  9. Ensure timely delivery of completed projects, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
  10. Assist in brainstorming, conceptualizing, and creating content for various campaigns and projects.


Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in creating engaging content for social media platforms.
  2. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a creative team.
  4. Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Knowledge of current industry trends and a strong passion for staying ahead of the curve in content creation.
  6. A strong portfolio showcasing videography, photography, and social media content.
