2. Team Leadership:

- Lead and manage a team of photographers, assistants, and stylists.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to team members.
- Coordinate team schedules, ensuring efficient workflow and project completion.

3. Equipment and Studio Management:

- Oversee the maintenance and organization of photography equipment and studio space.
- Stay updated with industry trends and recommend equipment upgrades when necessary.

4. Post-Production and Editing:

- Work closely with post-production teams to ensure image retouching and editing align with project requirements and the brands objective.

5. Quality Assurance:

- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all photographs meet the company's standards. Also is matching the brands objectives and their vibes.
- Address any issues or discrepancies promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in product photography, preferably in the beauty and cosmetic industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional product photography skills.
- Proficiency in photography equipment and editing software.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation in product photography.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
