Marketing Executive

Job Description:


This role requires the candidate to work on retention marketing by managing customer lifecycle campaigns for redBus. You will execute customer lifecycle campaigns on owned media for the Brand team for one or more lines of business (LOBs) – redBus, rYde, and redRail.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. End-to-end management and rollout of customer lifecycle management marketing campaigns for the Indian market, international markets, and new lines of business.
  2. Defining the event structure for marketing automation tools and working with the tech/product team for event configuration.
  3. Configuring, validating, and reporting campaigns in marketing automation tools. Formulating CLM strategy (content, frequency, touchpoints) for new and existing segments.
  4. Optimizing targeting, communication, and channels for existing and new campaigns.
  5. Analyzing campaign, business, source, event, GA, and other relevant data to propose new customer segments for improving CLM performance.
  6. Managing ad-hoc CLM marketing campaigns on push, mail, WhatsApp, and SMS channels.
  7. Extracting customer data through SQL queries from automation tools and data servers for data analysis and campaign execution.
  8. Tracking customer loyalty metrics and campaign metrics on a weekly and daily basis.
  9. Managing multiple external vendors and agencies for the execution and analysis of CLM campaigns.


Qualifications:


  1. 0-1 years of relevant work experience in retention marketing.
  2. Experience with marketing automation tools like MoEngage, Gamooga, or Clevertap.
  3. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or Marketing.
  4. Strong knowledge of SQL (mandatory) and working knowledge of Python (preferred).
  5. Superior analytical skills with an innate attention to detail.
  6. Graduated from a Tier 1 engineering college.
