Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms.
  • Managing social media accounts, including content posting and monitoring.
  • Developing social media plans in line with marketing objectives.
  • Staying abreast of social media trends and best practices.
  • Collaborating with different teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Engaging with influencers and forming partnerships for broader reach.
  • Monitoring industry trends and competitors' activities.
  • Utilizing Social Media Management Tools.
  • Providing reports on social media performance and ROI.
  • Presenting new marketing ideas after conducting research.
  • Sharing data with external marketing agencies.

Skills Required:

  • Content Creation: Writing, graphic design, photography, and video production.
  • Analytics and Data Interpretation: Tracking performance and trends.
  • Strategic Thinking: Crafting aligned social media plans.
  • SEO Knowledge: Basics of optimizing content visibility.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Generating unique post ideas.
  • Collaboration: Working effectively with diverse teams.
  • Time Management: Organizing tasks efficiently.
  • Branding Understanding: Maintaining brand consistency.

Expectations:

● Strong writing and presentation abilities

● Proficient in planning and executing storyboards

● Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience

Education:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business preferred

Salary:

INR 40000 per month (net) plus yearly bonuses
