Lead Generation Specialist – DemandNXT - B2B SaaS - US Market
Are you a proactive and results-driven individual with a passion for generating high-quality leads? DemandNXT is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our sales pipeline and driving business growth for our SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospective Database Management: Develop and maintain a robust database of prospective clients to fuel our sales efforts.
- Lead Generation Campaigns: Execute lead generation campaigns through various channels, including the Internet, email, LinkedIn, and other relevant sources.
- Lead Qualification: Classify leads into hot, warm, and cold categories based on their needs, budget, and decision-making capabilities. Convert hot leads and nurture warm and cold leads to advance them through the sales cycle.
- Client Identification: Identify and engage with potential clients to build a strong sales pipeline for the Sales Team.
- Database Maintenance: Keep the database up-to-date with information from various lead-generation strategies and ensure accurate records.
- Marketing Tools: Utilize email marketing and marketing automation tools to enhance lead generation efforts and track campaign performance.
- I'd like you to conduct outreach through cold calls and LinkedIn to engage potential customers.
- Research and identify decision-makers within target companies.
- Setting up an appointment/Demo
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine lead-generation strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends to communicate value effectively.
Key Capabilities:
- 1-3 years in lead generation, with a track record of successfully generating and qualifying leads through various channels.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and email marketing platforms.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline and support the Sales Team in progressing leads through the sales cycle.
- Familiarity with tools and techniques for effective lead generation and database management
- Curiosity and a strong desire to grow in the sales field. Details Shift: 6:45 PM - 4:00 AM (US time zone) Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore
