Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern


Job Summary: As a Digital Marketing Intern at Kar Parivartan LLP, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our marketing team to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role where you will gain valuable experience in various digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, content creation, SEO, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for blogs, social media, websites, and other digital platforms. Ensure content is aligned with the brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Social Media Management: Support the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring performance metrics. Research trends and suggest creative ideas for social media campaigns.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Help in optimising website content and structure to improve search engine rankings. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Email Marketing: Assist in creating and sending email newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated email series. Track and analyse email performance metrics.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other analytics platforms to monitor and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. Provide recommendations for optimization based on data insights.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform marketing strategies and content development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to support various digital marketing initiatives and contribute ideas for new campaigns and strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and trends.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and approaches.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
