Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Digital Marketing to lead our marketing strategies and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage a diverse team, develop innovative marketing strategies, and ensure the growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Set clear performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members meet or exceed targets.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and more.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering customized marketing solutions.
  • Present campaign strategies, progress reports, and performance metrics to clients, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients, contributing to the agency's revenue growth.
Financial Management:
  • Develop and manage the  marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Monitor financial performance and profitability of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize ROI.
Corporate Training Business Development:
  • Develop and present  proposals to potential clients, showcasing the company’s expertise and value proposition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior digital marketing role, preferably within an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
