Job Summary:
The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Lexvia's growth and success by overseeing all aspects of human resources management. This role will be responsible for managing a workforce of 150-200 employees, ensuring effective HR practices, and contributing to the overall organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and universities.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Identify training and development needs to enhance employee performance.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Ensure compliance with payroll and statutory regulations.
- Conduct salary surveys and market analysis.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs.
- Deliver training sessions or coordinate external trainers.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- HR Analytics:
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.
- Employee Engagement:
- Implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Conduct employee surveys and feedback mechanisms.
- Organize employee events and activities.
- Organizational Development:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational strategies.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational change.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar-sized organization.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR management software and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Experience in a Services or technology company.
- Knowledge of coaching and mentoring techniques.
