Responsibilities:

  • Developand implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualifiedcandidates for various roles within the digital marketingindustry.
  • Source potential candidates throughonline channels (e.g. social platforms and professionalnetworks).
  • Screen resumes and applicationsconduct interviews and assess candidatesqualifications.
  • Manage and streamline theinterview and selection process ensuring a smooth candidateexperience.
  • Maintain a candidate database andtrack hiring metrics such as timetohire and source ofhire.
  • Build strong relationships withcandidates and maintain a pipeline for futureopportunities.
  • Conduct reference checks andassist in onboarding newhires.

SkillsRequired:

  • ExcellentEnglish communication and interpersonalskills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitmentpractices and familiarity with different interviewtechniques.
  • Ability to work independently andmanage multiple open rolessimultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficiency in usingrecruitment software social media and jobboards.
  • Experience:
  • Atleast 6 months of experience as a recruiter preferably within arecruitment firm or the ITdomain.
