Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

Dintellects Solutions Private Limited is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the digital marketing industry.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Manage and streamline the interview and selection process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain a candidate database and track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and source of hire.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist in onboarding new hires.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 6 months of experience as a recruiter, preferably within a recruitment firm or the IT domain.
  • Skills: Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, strong understanding of recruitment practices and familiarity with different interview techniques, ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles simultaneously, strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in using recruitment software, social media, and job boards.
  • Preference: Girls candidate.
