We are looking for highly creative growth marketer with strong sense of self-ownership and ability to drive metrics in collaboration with cross-functions. It is a full stackprofile that will enable candidate to learn and work across all aspects of growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative growthhacks to drive user growth across airtelbusinesses

Understand various components and drivers of growth, ranging from driving business organically and well as driving digitalgrowth via paid/un-paid channels

Analyze user journeysto provide actionable insights and recommendations followed by quick experimentation via A|B testing routes on traffic/funnel enhancement to derive immediate impact on KPIs

Undertake consumer researchto identify their needs and current frictionpoints and come up with analysis or consumer understanding backed ideas to unlock growth

Manage cross-functional growth projects by working closelywith product and functional teams to run experiments and roll out features on an ongoing basis

Design and executeall aspects of digital marketing campaigns across Push, SMS, email, WhatsApp, Performance marketing channels

Ability to drive large scale projects, experiments and smaller tweakswith equal ease

Stakeholder management with senior leadership

Create detailed business plans outlining objectives, strategies, tactics, timelines, and performance metrics to achieve growth targets.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly monitor performance against targets, analysing data to make informed decisions and adjustments to strategies as needed.

Continuously scan the market for emerging trends, industry shifts, and new opportunities to capitalize on, keeping the company at the forefront of innovation and growth.

Identify and evaluate potential partnerships, alliances, or joint ventures that can accelerate growth and enhance the company's competitive position.



Preferred Candidate:

Overall 3-8 years of work experience with 2-5 years of work experience in - growth hacking/ digital marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or B2C product industry

Education: MBA from Tier 1 College

Possesses First Principle thinking, exceptional attentionto detail, great analytical bent

Problem solving abilities with strong bias for impact
