Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Kelevo Software Private Limited in Noida. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, sales activities, training, and sales management on a daily basis.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads via LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
  • Manage LinkedIn campaigns to connect with potential clients, grow our professional network, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Engage in lead generation through multiple channels, including email campaigns, social media, and online marketing.
  • Bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and other job portals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement customized proposals for client prospects.
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing efforts to refine strategies for better results.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn marketing and lead generation.
  • Strong background in bidding on Upwork and other job platforms.
  • Experience in sales and marketing, preferably in IT or software services.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems is a plus.
