Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Earthempire Realcon Pvt Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and evaluate the position of prospects in the real estate industry.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell properties by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, and provide support and guidance to help them make informed decisions.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with clients by providing ongoing support and recommending new opportunities.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team to achieve sales targets and optimize performance.
  • Reporting: Generate and track leads, and make weekly and monthly reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 to 5 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to work in a team and lead others.
