Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Client Manager/Senior Client Manager based in Mumbai. The Client Manager will be responsible for managing international client relationships, understanding their brand & communication briefs, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver strategic and creative solutions. Daily tasks include client communication, project management, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.


Qualifications

  • Fluent in spoken and written English (Bilingual level)
  • 4+ years experience in the in a design, advertising or digital agency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (Bilingual level)
